A ceiling fan on a box that was never rated for one is the most commonly botched fixture we see. We put fans where light fixtures are now, brace them properly and balance them on every speed. We also repair and replace attic fans and their thermostats, install whole house fans, and vent bathroom exhaust fans outdoors, where they belong.
Recessed cans, fixture swaps, and under-cabinet or cove runs inside. Outside: soffit downlighting, landscape uplighting, and exterior circuits on their own switch. We pull the new circuits and match the dimmers so LEDs don't buzz or flicker.
