Dereck returned my call in under 5 minutes, we discussed the issue, and he quickly set up an appointment to assess the problem and provide an estimate. His bid was fair (not the cheapest, not the most expensive), and he took the time to walk me through it so I understood exactly what was included. Dereck coordinated everything with the city (permits) and the power company, keeping me informed every step of the way.
