“I had Local H out recently to update some lighting in my kitchen. While they were here, they offered a free check of my electric panel and showed me that it was extremely old, made by a manufacturer that doesn’t even exist anymore, and had some issues worth addressing. We decided to move forward with a full panel replacement, and I’m so glad we did. They replaced the panel, took out the old track lighting, and installed two beautiful pendant lights above my island. The crew was polite, respectful, on time, and really knew their stuff. Everything turned out great and I feel much better knowing our electrical is up to date. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest, professional electricians!”

Parents wanted to get a Ring camera and flood light installed above their garage and relocate an exterior outlet that was causing water intrusion to their electrical panel. Dereck came out and looked at the situation, gave us a couple options, quote and schedule for when he could get the work done. Everything went great. Since I’m in a different state he sent pictures of the work when finished and an invoice I could pay. I would definitely hire again if needed.”

“I just had the best experience Local H Electrical! I was notified by my local power company that there was an electrical issue with the pan meter and electrical panel at my home, and I needed an electrician ASAP. Dereck returned my call in under 5 minutes, we discussed the issue, and he quickly set up an appointment to assess the problem and provide an estimate. His bid was fair (not the cheapest, not the most expensive), and he took the time to walk me through it so I understood exactly what was included. Dereck coordinated everything with the city (permits) and the power company, keeping me informed every step of the way. The work itself was fabulous—no financial surprises, he showed up on time, and he cleaned up when the job was done. I’m thrilled he was my contractor, and if I ever need electrical work in the future, I won’t hesitate to call him again. Highly recommend!”

“Dereck came to help us with a floor outlet since we’ll be changing out the carpet in our living room. The face plate for the outlet was loose, the screw holding it in place was stripped, and we were not even sure the outlet was working. Dereck quickly determined the outlet would work, and quickly made all necessary repairs. He offered to come back when the carpet work is in progress, and make sure everything is done properly and safely around the floor outlet. We greatly appreciated his skill and professionalism. We highly recommend him, and will mention his name to friends and family who need electrical work completed.”

I was having an issue with some electrical things in my home and last minute was trying to find a electrician I ran across Derek on thumbtack and he rest assured that he will be able to fix the problem before he left. Derek was at my home right away. Did everything he could to explain to me what was going on with my dryer and had it fixed within the hour. He was absolutely amazing. He also explained to me all the other services they did talk to me about my fire alarm and the services that they offer with those. This guy was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable on everything.
